Samsung SDS launched Brity RPA, an AI assistant solution for enterprises, and sought a friendlier way to reach a broader audience than the product’s complex, rigid image suggested.
Outcome
Working with an artist well known to Korean office workers, Samsung SDS planned an illustration-led campaign published as full-page advertisements in major newspapers including Dong-A Ilbo and Electronic Times.
